No. By default every reply waits for your approval. You can turn on auto-publishing for 5★ reviews with no comment only.
Do your review requests comply with Google's rules?
Yes. Requests go to all your customers, with no pre-screening and no incentives, in line with Google's policies and consumer protection law. We offer no feature for filtering out negative reviews.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly plans have no commitment. You can export all your data at any time.
Where is my data hosted?
Data is never sold. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
